Production Team Associate

• Mesco Manufacturing Group is booming and is seeking to direct hire full-time production team associates to complete our 2^nd and 3^rd shifts. 
• Eligibility for benefits 1^st of the month after completion of 60 days

 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Meet or exceed standards
• Monitor operations to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
• Document production data, production output, and quality control results.
• Collaborate to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lb pounds.
• Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for operating machines and measuring tools.
• Read and write the English language with proficiency.
• Capability to work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
